PredictiveReasonerConfig.gnns: dict[str, RegisteredGNNConfig]The registered version each named GNN in a deployed model scores with,
keyed by the GNN’s name. A profile can name a different registry or
version per environment, so promoting a version is a configuration
change rather than a change to the model.
